Activity Based Working (ABW) Implementation
Programme management of a large ($ tens of millions) business transformation to Activity Based Working (ABW) for insurance client including office moves and refit, business work practice change, technology upgrade (Surface Book2, Office 365), shift to remote working, transition to Agile, data centre relocation, and across several countries.
Software and hardware upgrade
An upgrade of 10 legacy systems (essentially 20 sub projects) for banking client which comprised their SAP estate (ECC, BW, BCP, EP, Limits Manager, Solution Manager, SAP Archive). This upgrade included hardware migration, from physical to virtualised servers, operating system and SAP application.
B2B reposition / rebrand
Developed and executed reposition and rebrand for professional services client supporting a shift in business strategy, enabling them to target new markets / clients.
Delivered distinctive solutions across brand, digital and marketing positioning the business as a leading industry force in customer experience and service excellence.
Flexible working implementation
In support of business restructure and transition to a new operating model (ToM), programme managed a transition to remote and flexible working including defining policies, roadmap and initial deliverables, created road map for data strategy and governance.

Developed a governance program that incrementally addressed the technology, process and organisational issues that were critical for the success of this global IT client.
